Orders for experience vouchers placed before 3pm will be despatched the same day and delivered to you by Royal Mail First Class post.
Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and despatched the next working day and delivered to you by Royal Mail First Class post.
Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, or placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed and despatched on the next working day and delivered to you by Royal Mail First Class post. First Class post is only £1.95 unless otherwise stated. Please note all orders will be dispatched by the next working day. However, Royal Mail can take between 2 to 5 working days to deliver them to you.
If you are in hurry to get an unforgettable experience to that special someone, we offer a guaranteed next day delivery service for an additional £7.50 and £10.50 for personalised gifts. If we receive your order prior to 3pm on a Monday to Thursday your gift will be delivered before 5pm the next day.
Orders placed before 3pm on Fridays are guaranteed to be delivered before 5pm on the following Monday.
Orders placed at the weekend will be despatched on Monday and delivered before 5pm on Tuesday.
Please note that Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery on Saturdays and therefore orders placed before 3pm for next day guaranteed delivery on Fridays will be guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on the following Monday. Guaranteed next day delivery requires a signature upon receipt.
We also offer a Saturday delivery service by Royal Mail. This is available for a small surcharge (£3.00 extra per item). If you order an item before 3pm on a Friday, we will ensure that you will receive it on Saturday.
Items sent to the following business types are excluded from the Saturday Delivery: Banks, Building Societies, Travel Agents, Jewellers and Post Office Branches.
Personalised gifts such as personalised wines and spirits or personalised football gifts incur an additional delivery surcharge. The standard personalised gift delivery surcharge is £3.50 for orders less than £50.00, or £5.00 for personalised products totalling £50.00 or more. Personalised wines and spirits have a flat rate of £5.00 for delivery.
We will do our utmost to ensure that your gift is received on time. However, in circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes, adverse weather conditions or force majeure we are unable to be held liable for the delay.
